Youth Athletic Enhancement Program

The IFS Youth Fitness Enhancement Program can be adapted to any ability level, age, and is appropriate for both young men and women. In fact, we are proud to say that our young women often challenge the feats of our young men!

Each session is an all around training program that focuses on the keys to achieving performance and health excellence.
